The answer is cellulose!^^ Is "leaves of the areca palm" also a cellulose? I guess yes! You can buy it at Micasa as disposable tableware, only something like that lasts longer than once!^^ So 2 things with one post! 1. It's not disposable, why is it sold as disposable? 2. why isn't the pizza lined with a plate like this? Because it's not a Migros product, but an import and it's not easy for a buyer to change something if it's not produced exclusively for Migros.
