I went shopping at Migros on Saturday after my vacation and wanted to pick up the stickers with my son (4 years old) after paying because he already wanted a figure in the store.
I was then told that I had to activate the collection in the app and that there were no more stickers. However, I could contact the infoline (phone number received) and have the purchase added there.
I called them today and that wouldn't work :-(
Very weak of Migros, as they can see in their systems at what time the purchase and activation were made.
