In the brochure "Decide with us. Vote now until June 4" refers to customers. I am neither * nor a woman. Why does Migros exclude its male customers?

It's pure laziness. Some people are afraid that their fingers will fall off if they write "customers". So they prefer to mess up the language and be proud of it.

No, customers are included and not excluded; this is called gender-appropriate formulation/writing. https://blog.shore.com/de/kunden-gendern/: "Underline, asterisk, brackets, period: The principle is always the same, only the punctuation marks differ here: "customers", "customers", "customers""
Is it about the missing E or the * ? (Sorry should go to "zitronen-schnitz" I clicked wrong)
It's probably about the missing "e". In Zitronen-Schnitz's opinion, it should probably be written "Kunde*innen" rather than "Kund*innen". However, according to my research on the Internet regarding gender-appropriate spelling, Migros has already spelled it correctly in a gender-compliant way, it is actually "Kund*innen" (and not "Kunden*innen"). The easiest way would be to write "customers"...
