Cow horn and pasture milk

According to the new Migros magazine, there is more pasture milk. The picture accompanying the article shows two cows, both of which are intact and have not been mutilated by humans. Does this mean that pasture milk always comes from cows with horns? Or, as is so often the case, are cows with horns only used for advertising purposes?
