I think the promotion with the Kult Glacestängeli cool bag is really great.
As I'm a huge fan of these, I naturally had to get one. Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with the quality, as the zipper on my cooler bag broke the first time I used it, which I thought was a shame.

You can certainly exchange them at your store's customer service. You don't need a receipt because they're only available at Migros and the promotion is probably still running.

Nice of you to mention that. ? I bought two because I love the colors and motifs, but the seam on the first cooler bag was open (I haven't checked the second one yet).
I'm not particularly good when it comes to needlework. But I'm thinking of trying to sew it up again myself because I'm not sure whether I got the receipt and whether, even if I did, an exchange is possible.
As Ferkel has already mentioned, this bag is only available in Migros, so exchanging it shouldn't be a problem. If you have Cummulus, you can view the receipts online at any time (and print them if you need to).
I received one of these bags during last year's promotion and I'm still using it. I haven't taken a closer look at the bag from this year's promotion yet, as I was primarily interested in the ice cream.

I compared my two cooler bags and used them again last weekend. Both are still whole and the zipper is not causing any problems.
Maybe you were just unlucky (or I was lucky)?
Were you able to exchange them?
