I miss a white cake icing made from white chocolate. It's fine (available from Dr. Oetker), good for decorating and goes better with various cakes than dark or milk chocolate. Would be a nice addition to the two existing products.

That's a great idea! When I bake, I always combine the dark chocolate with the milk chocolate. I think they taste best mixed together. However, a white icing would be a real eye-catcher!

I can totally understand you! It's great to have alternatives when baking and not always have to use the same cake icing. If you definitely don't want to do without the white chocolate icing, why not try making it yourself: 100 g white chocolate 50 g butter As white chocolate is sweeter than dark chocolate, you can use less than 100 g if necessary. Simply mix the two ingredients in a bain-marie and your white cake icing is ready. You should make sure that your bowl does not touch the water. The chocolate must not get too hot, otherwise it will curdle. Have fun baking!
