I was surprised to discover that the crust wreath has gained weight: instead of 300 g, it now suddenly weighs 400 g. What a shame, I really like the crusty rolls, but at 400 g it is now too heavy for me.
Why this change in weight? In addition, there is a price increase of almost 8%!

@MestoThanksfor the tip - for me, 300g is already too much, because the crusty wreath is probably quite good when freshly baked, but dries out quickly and is "dust-dry" after two days, in contrast to the long-life round St. Gallen bread, for example ... ;-)
@BodenseeknusperlTheproblem is the total quantity... there's a difference between eating it alone and having 6 children at home... :-))
