Is it generally the case that Migros does not respond to critical questions in this forum? I see several threads in the forum (Caught in a trap, Palm oil, Glass cleaner...) to which Migros simply does not respond. It would be nice if the less pleasant questions were also addressed, because in certain respects Migros is not as great as it likes to pretend!

Thank you for your message. We have no problem answering critical topics and queries and have done so many times. The statement that critical feedback is also important to us is not just a phrase. This is actually the case. Even if we cannot always change the points criticized, or at least not immediately.
Palm oil in particular has been discussed a lot here on Migipedia, so it's possible that I haven't got involved in all the threads. But if you can tell me where this thread is open, I can reply there and explain why Migros sometimes uses palm oil.
As for the glass cleaner, I have to admit that I can't remember what that was about. I always try to keep an eye on everything, but of course it can happen from time to time that I overlook something - I'm sorry about that!
I can still reply to the "Falling into the trap" thread. I have deliberately not yet responded because I wanted to see what other customers think about this issue.

You're right, one or two topics are still open in the first few threads. However, these are mostly messages from the weekend, and I am already in the process of clarifying some questions. Please bear with me if I have not yet been able to answer all of them.
Besides, the idea is not for me to say something about every topic if the question has already been answered. We appreciate it when customers help each other and sometimes questions are answered, such as in the thread "Product disappears without a sound..." or "Where to put old clothes". All Migipedia members together know more and some people see questions faster than I do. I think it's nice when different opinions or solutions sometimes come together on different topics, such as in the Bami Goreng thread, where customers name their favorite product or describe how / what they buy.
