I made the same suggestion ages ago, as I find lovage indispensable for herb butters and sauces. It wasn't taken up at the time. So I cut off a piece of my Mümsi's Maggichrut stalk in the garden and planted it in a pot on the balcony. I would still buy some in Migros, sometimes you need more.

Generally offer more herbs in pots.

Maybe there is a possibility after all - I'll keep my fingers crossed in any case.
