Herb quark

Kräuterquark

How about a light herb quark, e.g. as a spread on bread or with Gschwellti? And I don't always fancy sweet quark or yoghurt. Or is there already something like this in the range and I just haven't found it yet?

Thank you for your message. As a spread or for Gschwellti, for example, I would recommend herb Philadelphia. http://goo.gl/5o4T9. It's not quark and not very light, but it's fine! :)

The crème fraîche aux herbes tastes pleasant and has a good consistency.
