How about a light herb quark, e.g. as a spread on bread or with Gschwellti? And I don't always fancy sweet quark or yoghurt. Or is there already something like this in the range and I just haven't found it yet?

Thank you for your message. As a spread or for Gschwellti, for example, I would recommend herb Philadelphia. http://goo.gl/5o4T9. It's not quark and not very light, but it's fine! :)
We have taken up your suggestion for a herb quark. There are some sweet curd cheese, have a look here: http://www.migipedia.ch/de/search/products/quark. You could try the quark desserts, for example!

The crème fraîche aux herbes tastes pleasant and has a good consistency.
