LeShop made 1.3% less turnover last year according to the NZZ. This could be changed by giving customers the option of free delivery and limiting flexibility, such as only offering evening deliveries between 7pm and 9pm. In my opinion, delivery costs are the biggest obstacle to further growth.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. We will pass it on to LeShop straight away. There are many reasons for the drop in sales. For example, prices were reduced on many products last year. In addition, more purchases were made in countries close to the border due to the strong franc. However, free delivery of LeShop orders is a good idea, which I personally would welcome as a LeShop customer. :)
