Delete and re-enter, i.e. copy everything before deleting (Ctrl-C), delete, new entry, paste (Ctrl-V), correct error

Your answer is only half correct! The user who created a thread in the forum can edit and correct their initial comment.

But this is mainly about product comments, not forum posts. It also annoys me when I have to leave typos or accidentally post twice... and then can't delete it!

Incorrect or duplicate product comments can be easily deleted!
Click on "delete", then the comment "Are you sure you want to delete this comment?" will be displayed above the product image. Click on the "Delete" or "Cancel" fields to the right, the former highlighted in light pink.
