Hello alfredfischer, as Frederica has already mentioned, products such as cold cuts contain a certain amount of water. When the temperature fluctuates, the aggregate state changes and this causes moisture to form in the packaging (condensation) or the product begins to "sweat". Temperature fluctuations can occur, for example, when the product is transported from the store to your home. However, this can already occur beforehand with some products. We also cool some products during transportation and storage that are later left in the store unrefrigerated. Kind regards, Chloe
