Complicated le store prevents me from becoming unfaithful to coop@home

I would love to store at le Shop, but unfortunately coop@home is indispensable for me in terms of service:
- The depot on the delivery packaging is tedious. I have no space for it.
- Ordering frozen products is even more complicated/unclear in terms of depot and costs
- The delivery times are too long for me. I don't want to and can't have the delivery deposited. I would like to be able to plan more precisely and, as with coop@home, reserve the appointment before ordering and be able to schedule it to the nearest hour.
- The user guidance on the le store page is even more confusing than with coop@home, which is also no gem.
- One nice-to-have point: the bag manager. The various bags and containers in which the delivery is handed over make an unprofessional impression on me.
But I think le Shop is great:

+ Smaller product images create shorter lists, which ensures faster progress
