I was delighted to discover that you are now offering products with greatly reduced plastic consumption (e.g. smoked fish). I congratulate you on this step. I am happy to inform you that I would also be prepared to buy other products with this new economy design packaging. Even at extra cost if necessary. I can well imagine that other consumers share my opinion and I therefore encourage you to offer other products with the new savings design. Is this savings design financially worthwhile for you?

I also miss the milk center from the old days. Back then, we kids used to go to the milk center with a milk box to get milk. I can't say whether it was processed, but we didn't get sick. In terms of nature conservation, it would be a sales**bleep** to install such a dispenser at your place and offer appropriate containers. Of course, it would have to be financially viable for you. However, I am convinced that such a label or a milk corner would also attract many new consumers.

I would be delighted if you could implement these ideas or at least consider them. For consumers and the environment and ultimately for a successful Migros.
