Why aren't Migros' recalls better communicated? Whether it's a choking hazard with Nuggis (currently) or dangerous metal splinters in food - nothing seems to be reason enough for Migros to inform its customers! Why not warn them on Migipedia? Or write directly to the customers who have bought such products. That would be a good argument to promote the Cumulus card. So Migros, what's going on, why don't you warn us better?
On 30.10 was informed via Facebook, I also noticed it on other channels...(regarding Nuggis)
Most of the time, the mail from various companies only ends up in my waste paper shortly afterwards, so such information would probably not reach me safely either...
I was like@Heidi_T - was informed via Facebook and Migros media release (e-mail), and that on 30.10.2014!

I meant by e-mail. And not everyone is on Facebook. I only find out about the callbacks when I search for them, instead of being informed by Migros.

Can't you just subscribe to the product recalls by e-mail? These should have a higher priority and would get lost in the media releases.
There aren't many media releases. There were five (5) in October and three (3) in November!
I subscribed to them as a private individual. Maybe journalists get more?

I read it this week in 20Minuten at the lunch table. A mother and baby were sitting next to me.
I was informed by letter (post) about the recall of the Bibi & new Milette Nuggis. A friend had previously informed me with an Internet link and I also found a reference to it somewhere on the Internet. Our pediatrician also had a recall notice next to the exit. Thank you, this recall information was really a lot. No chance of not seeing it. At least not in my case.
