I ordered the combined subscription on 2.1.18 and received confirmation on 12.1.18. Today, January 11, I asked where the router and TV box were. Mr. Baumann said it would be sent on its way.
Now I have another call. Although they know the phone number, I have to give it to them again. Contradictory statements regarding the installer (has to switch from UPC to the Swisscom socket). The waiting time will therefore be longer.
What is your experience of switching from UPC to M Budget? I'm probably not the first person to do this. Greetings
