The following has happened again at Migros Bach, St. Gallen: When picking up the clothes, they had not been cleaned because...
- Fabric could easily lose its color (despite cleaning label)
- Hardly detectable fabric defect
- Stain could not be safely removed (despite prior discussion when dropping off!) ...
Then you always have to hand in the clothes again. Simply annoying ... I need cleaning, not complicated non-cleaning. (You could tell from the M staff that it was embarrassing for them too, because many customers had probably complained about the fussy enquiries/checks).
Consequence: M cleaning only if it can't be done elsewhere - it simply takes too long.
