I have recently noticed that the quality of the children's shoes and heels leaves a lot to be desired. Either the soles and/or the Velcro fasteners of the last three pairs of shoes (2 x children's finches, 1 x sandals) are coming loose. With superglue, the sandals are now holding together reasonably well; we had to dispose of the heels. I'm not talking about cheap shoes here, but about the mid-price segment.
A real shame.

Unfortunately I no longer have the item number. The shoes were bought at Basel Claramarkt. I got rid of the finches (girls' finches size 27, in green with a pink glitter heart on the front). I'd love a picture of the sandals (size 28).
P.S. There were similar problems with the finches, except that the soles came off at the front and not at the back.

The product manager is really shocked at the condition of the shoe. Do you still have it? Then be sure to bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange. Unfortunately, we can't issue a credit note from here.
We will inform the supplier and check the quality of the shoes with them. This really shouldn't be the case.
