I've just noticed that I haven't received a Cumulus statement yet this month. The last collection period ended on November 30, or am I wrong? At least that was the case last year (digital statements).

I also see that the current collection period ends on January 31, but that would be 4 months and not 2 months as usual. No blue receipts are displayed in the account either, as this should always be the case on the 1st of the following month.

Has something gone wrong here or am I completely wrong?
