Hello Migros I bought an office chair from Micasa and presented my Cumulus card. Why does the receipt say "points received: 0"? Doesn't Micasa have any c-points? Lg, Philippe

But you didn't buy the chair with the blue Cumlus vouchers? Because then there are no points. Or did you only pre-order the chair? If so, the points will only be credited after delivery. Otherwise, simply call the help line or upload everything using the form. It will take a while, but if you are entitled to points, it will be sorted out.
