But you didn't buy the chair with the blue Cumlus vouchers? Because then there are no points. Or did you only pre-order the chair? If so, the points will only be credited after delivery. Otherwise, simply call the help line or upload everything using the form. It will take a while, but if you are entitled to points, it will be sorted out.

Hello everyone, thank you for your answers. I bought and paid for the chair directly at Micasa, without blue coupons (but also with a CHF 20 voucher that I received from a Micasa survey). I'll give them a call if nobody answers here. It's not urgent, but I think there's still something that can be done if it's a mistake.

Did you possibly receive an order to collect the chair from the goods issue? If so, the points are listed on the order.

Exactly, I have one order. But it also says "Total Cumulus points: 0.00" at the bottom! That's funny.

Hello fippu82 In order to avoid any booking differences when items are returned, Cumulus points for orders in specialist stores will only be credited up to four weeks after delivery or collection of the items. Please check that the Cumulus number and the points total are noted on the purchase contract, as this ensures that the Cumulus points are booked correctly. You will then receive these points with the next possible statement. Please note that customer orders in the specialist stores are not visible online on the computer or on the Migros app. If you have any further questions, you can also contact Migros Service directly on 0848 401 402 or 0848 151 151.
