Dear Migros As of today, I can no longer log in to my Migros/Migipedia/Migusto account when I try to do so on my computer (regardless of the operating system) via the Firefox browser. It works with the Edge browser. What is the problem? Many thanks and best regards

Hello smartcoyote If you are unable to log in to the website with your M-Login details, we recommend that you delete the cache history and cookies in your browser settings, restart the browser and enter the email address and password manually. Certain anti-virus programs may also block access. You can also check in the settings whether this could be the case. If the problem persists, you can send your request together with device data and possibly screenshots to cumulus@migros.ch so that the technical department can check your request again. Dear Sofia When I open the Firefox browser (computer, not mobile) and then enter www.migipedia.ch and click on "log in" at the top right, nothing happens (in the Edge browser I am immediately redirected to enter my login details). The same with www.migros.ch when I try to log in. I only seem to have this problem with the Firefox browser. Cache history is automatically deleted every time I exit the browser, including cookies. I have checked all the settings and my anti-virus program is not blocking access. The problem does not specifically affect Cumulus, but Migros websites in general when you try to log in (migipedia.ch and migros.ch). Should I still send an e-mail to cumulus@migros.ch? Problem only affects PC and Firefox browser (the latter got the latest update yesterday)... It's definitely not the PC, but the browser (if it's just me having this problem), Edge works fine...

🤔 The only other thing I can think of is that there may have been another update that was installed in the background and now it no longer fits.
