Hello Bergmeitli84 In general, I can explain to you that the compilation of discount coupons is customized for different customer groups based on the evaluation of marketing data. For this reason, it may well be that you receive advantage coupons that other customers do not find in their statement and vice versa. For all Cumulus coupons that you receive, there is a small group of customers who do not receive these coupons. This group is selected at random and changes with every offer. With this procedure (control groups) we can measure customer acceptance and the effect of the offers and use these findings for future activities. In this way, we ensure that our offers are aligned with customer needs, which means that customers in the control group cannot benefit from an offer in a single campaign, but over a longer period of time all customers are considered equally because every customer was once in the control group.
Furthermore, in addition to the mailing you receive from Cumulus, seasonal promotions and campaigns on individual products are also launched in the branches and by the various cooperatives, which also give you the opportunity to collect Cumulus points.
