Does anyone have a trick for me on how to open the old cat bag WITHOUT using scissors, a knife etc.? I regularly fail at the opening point, which I can't get open by hand despite the perforations.

Thank you for your message. I'll ask the product managers straight away if they have any tips for you. That way, they'll know straight away that the packaging isn't ideal - perhaps they can find a better solution with the supplier.
