Catastrophic situation when changing subscription from M-Budget-One to M-Budget Maxi-One
Katastrophaler Zustand bei Abo Wechsel von M-Budget-One zu M-Budget Maxi-One
I changed my subscription on 6.6. I promptly received the new SIM card, but it was defective. I contacted the hotline on June 8 and was told that I would receive a new SIM card immediately. Today 17.7. and after 4 more calls to the call center (waiting time at least 20 - 30 minutes each time) I was told that my application was still being processed. All my efforts to get information about the overdue shipment and the reasons for this untenable situation came to nothing (4 calls and an unanswered email).
I am extremely disappointed and angry and still don't know when I will be able to use my cell phone again....
