The longer waiting times are due to the fact that customer service currently has a lot of inquiries about products in the run-up to Christmas. Measures have already been taken to shorten waiting times. Nevertheless, we must ask our customers for a little patience.

As mentioned above, there are currently an unusually high number of inquiries - not only by phone, but also by email. Therefore, it will unfortunately take a few days before your request can be answered.
