But this gentleman is clearly trying to talk himself up. Of course they have checkouts on the ground floor and basement, but if only a few are open at busy times and people are queuing up to get to the shelves, then they are of no use. The bad thing is that you can see from these words that they don't want to change anything.
Once again, you can see how you're talking to a wall. Wil has deteriorated so much in recent years (especially the queues and the lack of choice) - it's a shame that more and more customers are simply leaving.
