Catastrophic conditions in 9500 Wil SG

Katastophale Zustände in 9500 Wil SG

Conditions in 9500 Wil are simply getting worse and worse. I am a person who has often complained there myself and asked questions. But nothing helps.
Now, for example, self-scanning has been introduced. But 2 checkouts have disappeared and even a basket checkout has been left. The bad thing is that for months, years, the traffic jam at the checkouts has been getting bigger and bigger. Today at lunchtime, there were only 2 normal tills open on the upper floor. There was a queue right up to the shelves. Some people got really angry and almost lost it, including me.
Nowadays you just know that a lot of people, and recently also older people (they used to eat lunch at this time), go shopping. Working people in particular are on the go. It can't be that employees just sit there during their break because it's 11.30 a.m. .....

And then there's the huge disappearance of thriving products. Even the employees just shake their heads because there are so many products that are doing really well, but Migros consistently claims that they are slow sellers. Migros clearly prefers to introduce new foreign products. Until a few months ago, for example, the Slimline Blanc-Battu was also available in 500 gram tubs, which always did very well and was also cheaper than the smaller tubs. Many then thought that these were simply no longer available. But lo and behold, 9500 has simply canceled this, elsewhere they are still available....
and so on. - The list would go beyond the scope of this article.

The quality of fruit and vegetables is also getting worse and worse. The fact that the delivery of these products only arrives at 11.00 a.m. and everything still has to be put away is complete nonsense. You used to be able to do your shopping at 8 a.m. (at the weekend you were happy about that) and everything was delivered fresh. Today, you're faced with empty shelves and racks at this time of day.

I will also contact the cooperative in Gossau, but I will be glad if they finally point out the problems that prevail in 9500 Wil.

Or does Migros want to lose even more customers? Unfortunately, it seems that way to me.

Thank you very much.
