Receipts not available in app and on website

Dear Migros, Since the beginning of May (probably since the relaunch of Migros' new website, which in my opinion has been so far grotesquely bad and totally botched up) I no longer have any receipts in my app and/or on the website in my Cumulus account. Instead, for more than a week it has been saying that this service is currently unavailable for technical reasons. How long will it take your IT department to fix this problem? I find it extremely tedious, and even more so I don't understand how you can launch a half-baked "new" website without taking the time to check everything and make sure it's correct. Several products are missing from the website, the promotions still don't match the paper brochure, receipts are not available/viewable etc. Sorry if I have to say this now and come down so hard on you, but at another company your IT department would have been fired long ago.
