Our aim is to better adapt the product ranges to the needs of our customers and to provide the right products for each store. Depending on the sales of an item, it is allocated to a product range level. For the various product ranges, the sales outlets receive a product range level corresponding to the sales area, according to which the range is composed. This means that individual items cannot be ordered by the stores in each area. If the assortment level is increased in certain areas, not just one or two items, but entire racks of products belonging to the next higher assortment level have to be integrated into the respective store, which is not always possible due to the space available.
