Calorie bread before and after baking

HELLO together i have been baking my own bread for some time now, using only ingredients from Migros, of course, and would like to calculate the calories. how exactly do i have to do this? i take the dough ready and weigh it, let's say it has 500g, then i enter the calories in the app and get the calories of the dough and per 100g, i get 370cal. By baking the bread loses moisture and is then about 20% lighter. now I am totally unsure which weight I have to use for the calculation - the raw dough weight or the baked weight? theoretically, 100g of bread after baking would have about 80g exactly the same amount of calories as before baking? hope you understand what i mean.... what i also don't quite understand is from which weight the calorie information in the Migros, which is written on the bread, refers to the finished product or to 100g of dough before baking? funny is my bread always has about 370cal and the one in the Migros 264cal... hope someone can help me...
