Dear Migros Couldn't you offer a ready-made Kaiserschmarren? This is available in Germany at Edeka, for example, and is delicious. All you have to do is add milk, stir and then put it in the pan. It would be cool if you could add this to your range :)

Hello Migi_Jürg
Good idea! I'll pass it on to our product managers and hope they like it too! Are there any more Kaiserschmarrn fans here?
Yes, I do, but as this pastry is so quick to prepare, I prefer to make it myself.
As I spent the first two years of the 1980s working in Aspern near Vienna, I had plenty of time to get to know Austrian cuisine and look over the shoulders of the chefs.
Beat the egg whites with a tablespoon of granulated sugar until stiff, carefully fold in the egg yolks, a pinch of vanilla sugar, some raisins and flour and stir in the milk. Melt a little butter in a pan, add the batter and bake for ½ minute. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes ... until golden brown. Then tear into small pieces with two forks and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Place in the oven again briefly to caramelize. Cut the Kaiserschmarren into portions, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp granulated sugar, 60 ml milk, vanilla sugar, raisins, butter (for baking), granulated sugar and powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Best wishes and have a nice (rainy) weekend. Istanbul

Hello Istanbul
That sounds very, very tempting! If I wasn't traveling this weekend, I would try the recipe right away... What I also liked very much in Austria were the "Germknödel". But I don't think they are easy to prepare!
Best wishes and have a lovely weekend too, Sabine

Hello Kaiserschmarren
Of course there are more fans here - of course you can't beat a freshly made one, but I know the ready-made mixes from Austria and Germany too and they are a very good alternative to homemade ones. I always take a few packs with me on vacation. So there is interest and I have quite a few friends who would also welcome it.
