Why doesn't MMM XYZ give out gift cards (every 10th coffee free) and always say "we don't have any at the moment"? ...and as a customer, you have to drive to the neighboring MM to get one.
P.S. In retrospect, I deliberately don't want to name any places – I'll just say Migros Eastern Switzerland – but this situation is frustrating for loyal Migros customers. Incidentally, it's not just me; I've also observed it with another customer who regularly shops there.
For me, this refusal simply means that I will no longer drink coffee at this location!!!
