The cheese paper is great. The cheese stays fresh for a long time and doesn't stink in the fridge. However, tearing it off is a real pain as the prongs are not sharp enough. It tears the paper every time. This should definitely be improved, otherwise it's a product I wouldn't buy again.

Tearing off the M Budget plastic film rolls is also very tedious. I have to unroll about half a meter each time and then press it over the tear-off edge to make it work. Very often I also have to cut it off with scissors.

The packaging specialists' hands are tied, because a few years ago the metal prongs had to give way to cardboard ones. I don't want to investigate: the impetus came from the EU because people (especially children) were injuring their fingers.
I pull the paper or foil over a kitchen board and cut it with the tip of a ceramic knife. ?
If I needed foil & co. every day, I would have bought an aluminum, foil and baking paper cutter. ("Zack")

I have forwarded your feedback to the person responsible, for ecological reasons Migros does not carry a metal rail on the packaging. It can also happen that the plastic rail loses tension and becomes looser when the cardboard packaging is pushed in. The people responsible will keep an eye on this.

Instead of buying "cheese paper thongs no. 25", I always ask in a larger Migros, where they sell cheese openly, whether I can get a few sheets of cheese paper. At home, I wrap the cheese straight away so that it doesn't remain in the foil.
So far I have had good experiences with it. The cheese paper should actually be "normal" to get, because it damages the cheese if you leave it in the plastic wrap. - My father was a master cheesemaker, so he knew how to handle the cheese.
