Hello Nelaeli↵↵QuicheLorraine: Ingredients for a 28-30 cm diameter tray. 270g M puff pastry. 100g bacon slices, 1 large onion, 2dl milk, 1dl cream or yoghurt, 50g flour, 2 egg yolks, 2 egg whites, a little salt and nutmeg, 250g cheesecake mix. Place the rolled out dough on a baking tray and prick several times. Cut the bacon slices into small strips, fry until translucent and spread over the pastry base. Fry the finely chopped onions in the remaining bacon fat until translucent. Place on top of the bacon. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture. Mix the glaze into a smooth batter, season and finally mix in the beaten egg whites. Spread over the cheese. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for 25-30 minutes. ↵↵Best wishes and bon appétit! 😋↵Frederica
