I have a request for the self-service butcher's. It's a light-colored Schüblig, which is larded with cheese. At the moment I have to buy it from the competition (Volg, Spar). This Schüblig tastes great boiled (Bernerplatte) as well as grilled and is much tastier than the cheese cervelat. This as an input for possible new products.
