A long time ago, I discovered "Old Amsterdam" in the self-service cheese counter at Migros Sälipark Olten in the special varieties section. I was so pleased, it's one of my favorite cheeses. But unfortunately it was only available there once and then never again! I haven't found it anywhere else either. Could it be added to the range? It's really brilliant, ripe and yet soft and creamy at the same time, not as "sharp" as Sbrinz, simply brilliant and so delicious that you want to eat it in one piece!
