Dear Migros, you have recently added Jufka puff pastry to your range (https://produkte.migros.ch/klas-jufka-blaetterteig). Unfortunately, I had to realize that you are storing them incorrectly (I noticed this at Migros Brunaupark, I don't know about other Migros branches): These Jufka dough sheets are in the rack where all the other "exotic" products are (à la Baklava, Thai-Kitchen products etc.), instead of in the refrigerated shelf (where the other cake doughs, freshly baked breads etc. are). The packaging of the Jufka dough sheets explicitly states: "Store in a cool and dry place". No wonder the dough sheets cannot be used for processing (they stick to the packaging and fall apart) if they are not stored in a cool place. I have told the sales staff at Brunaupark several times (and also showed them on the packaging that this is what it says), but they are not interested at all (I am beginning to wonder whether it is really so difficult to take customer instructions seriously, apparently this is not the case, the staff prefer to fool around...). Please pass this on to the Migros Brunaupark branch (perhaps it will help if it comes from you, because customers are obviously being taken for fools in this branch). Thank you very much.
