Is it possible that you can't log in at the same time?
I saw an article on my iPhone and wanted to comment on it.
I forgot my password and thought I would comment on my iPad right away.
I chose a new password and it works on my iPad.
But when I try to log in on my IPhone at the same time, it doesn't work.
What is the reason?

I am logged in on my notebook, iPad, iPad Mini and iPod Touch at the same time or all the time. No problems!

A few more questions to clarify: Do you get an error message when you try to log in? Does the app crash? Or does nothing happen?
Our technician is pretty sure that it has nothing to do with the "at the same time". As Istanbul has already said, this should actually work without any problems. That's why we're now thinking about where else the problem could be coming from.

No error message!
Only it says:
User name and password are incorrect.
But I have tried everything again.
With mail/ username and new password it just doesn't work.
But what works is to log in via FB.
It's really strange.

Let's try a remote diagnosis.
Why don't you type in the user name and PW in the notes? Are they displayed correctly?
If you are working with password storage, please check which PW under:
> General > Safari > Fill in passwords & autom > Saved passwords under www(dot)migipedia(dot)ch

Delete any incorrect entries.
