Today we tried to record and upload our own story with the iPhone and iPad. The corresponding circle symbol fills up. If you then enter the six-digit code with the Migros app, it gives the message that it worked. But there's nothing on the box. Can you check this? What could be the reason for this?

It doesn't work for us either. Tried 1000x. Nothing happened 1000x. Zoom didn't do it either. :)
