I would be very interested in tasting products containing insects, preferably from Switzerland.
I think that farmers could benefit from this. We absolutely have to look for alternative means, in order to vary our crops as much as possible, and our protein intake. I know that Migros doesn't want to go down this road, but if customers demand this opening, maybe they'll change their minds.

I would also be interested in insects as food. I've just started a vegetarian diet and insects are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and protein. They're the only alternative to meat. If Migros does a good advert, insects could be aimed above all at people with a nature-friendly diet (insects take up far fewer natural resources than a cow), vegetarians, maybe vegan... But in any case, the idea is excellent.
Le 20 Minutes did a bad job of advertising with its headlines repudiating the Swiss public.
It's all about good publicity from the media and Migros. I have friends who are interested.
I'm against eating insects! I hope Migros won't go along with this aberration!
Proteins can be found in all CORNATUR products, legumes, mushrooms and so on.
Farmers can vary by growing other local and organic products...
