Hello Raleana, thank you for your message. Only the imported cucumbers from Spain are always packaged, regardless of whether they are organic or conventional. For us, the focus is on protecting the product. An unpackaged cucumber is no longer saleable after a few days - but 1.5 grams of packaging keeps it fresh for two weeks by reducing water loss.
