Dear Migros,

Now that the top sales figures for 2014 have been announced (congratulations), I warmly recommend that you invest in the training and further education of your employees, not the young office workers, but above all the cashiers.

Last Saturday at Glattzentrum: after I had all the groceries in my basket, I needed two more things for the car. So I paid at the checkout there too. But the eggs and tomatoes there were rather "garden and hobby rough", as was the tone of the cashier (and it wasn't 10 minutes before closing time). The Cumulus voucher was first rejected with "Well, these points don't apply here", only after referring to the 2 car items: "Well, then that has to be paid for separately", which then also took twice as long. Well, I'm not a fan of points and therefore didn't argue, but the grocery shopping was just under the magic 100-point limit, and the 5x points were only for the one purchase ... I don't believe that the checkout can't tell the difference between refrigerated liquid and frozen vegetables :-) But that it is simply due to the training of the employees ... So please invest where it is really necessary!!!
