I am amazed at the poor service from Micasa!

Ich wundere mich über den schlechten Service von Micasa!!

I actually really like Migros.
As the balcony season was approaching, I ordered a few items from Micasa on March 22 that looked promising and was looking forward to setting them up.
"Estimated home delivery date to the delivery address below: 01.04.2019 - 05.04.2019 (week 14)"
But: delivery was made exactly TODAY, May 14!
At the beginning I was informed every week that the delivery was delayed, then since the end of April no more information at all, until I investigated myself via customer service and e-mail... I had seen that the articles were in stock at some locations.
However, 3 items could no longer be delivered, the rest arrived today.
One carpet I ordered had a completely different color spectrum than on the Internet, I only saw it when the transport company had already left.
The customer service advised me to return the carpet by post. -- I would have to do this by bulky goods, but it would cost Fr.27. ? more than half the price of the carpet, so I won't do it.
One of the older men who brought the goods then used my toilet...
So much for Micasa's service! May the people in charge at MIGROS hear this and make tangible changes, because they can't and shouldn't really afford such a LAFERI OPERATION!
