So, a few months ago I got the double-sided Famigros/Migros card. You had to be careful that the cashiers scanned both sides. Today I noticed that they only scan one side and asked. I was almost snorted at with the comment: "It's crazy how you're checked here, no, they only scan one side. It had changed!
My goodness, can you make up your mind?
Apart from that, every customer seems to get a different type of information.
I have several friends who receive the newsletter (I do too) and also receive information by post when there are special promotions.
I don't want to sound envious, but it can't be that not everyone gets the same information!
I've totally lost track of the system anyway and can't work out which card is used when.
Am I really that clueless?
But the worst thing is that you can't just ask an employee because they don't have a clue how the whole thing works.
Maybe you should just go back to one card, because sometimes less
is simply more?!?
I admit, I rarely or never read the Mirgos newspaper and maybe that's why I didn't notice this change, but it could be announced in the newspaper, in the newsletter and also at the post office when the blue receipts arrive.
