Unfortunately, demand was down, so those responsible have decided not to keep the large pack in the range. As you rightly write, we can currently only offer you the small version. And now the little bags are disappearing too? What's the point? I don't have a car in which I can carry 10 liters in a Tertapack, not to mention the waste. What other alternative is there if you don't want iced tea with sugar? The Mini Zero bags are definitely not an option, I'd have to buy not knowing how many for 1 1/2 liters!
