Dear Migis,
Wouldn't you like to add a range of humus varieties to your assortment?
The competition already produces an overpriced version, but the raw materials are not particularly expensive. Apart from the Arab countries, there are also various versions on the shelves in Scandinavia and England, for example.
Humus is very easy to make (puree chickpeas with a little water (depending on how easy it is to make), good olive oil, salt and a little tahini (sesame seeds), but a Migros version would be ideal for picnics in summer straight after work.
And of course there are no limits to the other spice ideas: with cumin/cumin, with coriander and lemon juice, with paprika, with garlic... low fat or just with oil, the basic mixture can be changed as desired.
Now I'm hungry;-)
I'm looking forward to the feedback!

Dear kanelbulle

Thank you very much for your suggestion. That's a good idea! I'll pass your suggestion on to the product managers straight away!

Best regards

@Tanja,

Hummus in the refrigerated counter? Why not! I think that would be a store keeper.

If you don't know the starter, you won't buy this paste, let alone serve it. People who love hummus, like me, will make it themselves because it is easy to prepare and keeps for several days in the fridge.

Dear Tanja,
That's great - thank you very much for your quick reply!
The paste is also vegan and, depending on the oil content, figure-friendly and therefore fits in with other Migros lines (perhaps more for a female target group. I myself am also a young woman;-) (kanelbulle= a Swedish cinnamon bun with cardamom)).

Istanbul,
I hardly ever buy hummus either, as I can mix whatever I feel like. Last week, however, I was in London on business and was delighted to find an assortment of hummus, as I simply didn't have the time or the means to make it myself.

I know hummus from the supermarket from England too, and it's really delicious there! So if Migros had a range like this, I'd make it more often! With fresh bread, hummus is a real treat!

Humus is already available in the oriental range at Migro, but unfortunately I don't like it at all.
It would also be great if there was a variant in the chilled section.

I would also be very happy about fresh hummus, especially if there was a low-fat version of it.

I feel exactly like theesi. There is hummus in the Oriental range, but unfortunately I don't like it either. This week I was in England and was recommended humus, I was still skeptical about the Migro version in a jar.
When I tried it, I almost couldn't believe the fantastic taste: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=280710699

I would be happy if it was available at Migros or Migrolino
