I once ate a pretzel that I topped myself with pieces of fried and cold-sliced chicken breast. Underneath was spiced butter as a spread. This combination was more than just brilliant in taste... Couldn't you "cut" a silsersandwich like a hotdog, fill it with pieces of chicken breast and then top it with a spiced butter spread? You could also make a similar combination with a tasty wholemeal bread with quark mousse and vegetables, or with herb butter mousse and a good mountain cheese?
