I recently tried horchata de chufa in Spain.
This drink is similar to milk, is made from tiger nuts and is therefore naturally lactose-free. It is available in different recipe variations in Spain and typically has a light cinnamon flavor.
It would be great if Migros could import this drink or produce it itself.
Not only is the taste unique, but it would also offer people with lactose intolerance a new option.
And I'm sure there are many people in Switzerland who miss the horchata from their home country! Thank you very much
