Restarting doesn't help, the problem is with the Migros server. At the moment (14.06.2020 16:15) everything is working again without any problems.
Forget it, there's no point in constantly posting about it here in the forum, there doesn't seem to be any improvement in sight; they'll probably never get everything to work smoothly. There's always something wrong, whether with the app, website, etc. I'm no longer annoyed at all, I just assume when I open the app or go to the website that it's not working as it should; that's now the norm for me... What kind of IT department? In my opinion, it doesn't seem to exist...

It's also a mystery to me, especially since at any other company with a "big name", the person responsible for such an "IT debacle" would have been fired/replaced long ago... But Migros obviously seems to have other priorities than the flawless functioning of the app, website, etc. Who knows, maybe just one person in the "IT department" is responsible for this, then it's somehow clear why it never works with so many flaws, errors etc. ...
